PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Davis & Associates, LLC D/B/A Davis Enterprises (the "Applicant") has applied to the Evesham Township Planning Board seeking a site plan waiver for the construction of a 500 square foot outdoor seating patio to be utilized by patrons of the Promenade at Sagemore, Suite A-1 (the "Application"). The property is located at 500 Route 73 South and further identified as Block 33.11, Lot 1 on the Township of Evesham Tax Map (the "Site").
No variances have been identified at this time but the Applicant requests any and all other variances, exceptions and waivers as may be required as a result of review and recommendations of the Board or its professional review staff.
This matter will be heard at the regular meeting of the Evesham Township Planning Board scheduled for June 4, 2026, at 7 PM at the Evesham Township Municipal Building, 984 Tuckerton Road, Marlton, NJ 08053. All relevant documents are on file with the Board Secretary at Evesham Township Municipal Building.
