PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that The Janet H. Knowles 2021 Grantor Trust and The Janet H. Knowles Revocable Living Trust dated June 10, 2008 (the "Applicant") has applied to the Moorestown Township Planning Board seeking preliminary and final major subdivision approval to create a total of 27 lots, including 19 lots for single family dwellings and 8 open space/basin lots. Thirteen (13) of the proposed residential lots are within the R2 Zoning District and six (6) of the proposed residential lots are within the R3 Zoning District; all proposed lots for single-family dwellings will comply with the standards and requirements of the applicable zoning ordinance (the "Application"). The subject property is located at 425 Linden Street further identified as Block 6013, Lot 50 and Block 6000, Lot 13 on the Moorestown Township Tax Map (the "Site").
No variances have been identified at this time but the Applicant requests any and all other variances and waivers as may be required as a result of review and recommendations of the Board or its professional review staff.
This matter will be heard at the regular meeting of the Moorestown Township Planning Board scheduled for June 4, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Moorestown Township Municipal Building, 111 West 2nd Street, Moorestown, NJ 08057. All relevant documents are on file with the Land Use Administrator at the Moorestown Township Municipal Building.
