In the event of a no sale for lack of bidders, there shall be a provisional second sale date which shall be held on the July 9, 2026 at 10:00 am under ORC 2329.52(B) the following described real estate, to wit:
SITUATED IN THE CITY OF ZANESVILLE (FORMERLY FALLS TOWNSHIP), COUNTY OF MUSKINGUM AND STATE OF OHIO AND BOUNDED AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEING LOTS NUMBERED SEVENTEEN AND EIGHTEEN (17 AND 18) IN REASONER'S SUBDIVISION. THE PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION BEING OF RECORD IN PLAT RECORDS OF SAID MUSKINGUM COUNTY IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 89.
EXCEPTING FROM SAID LOT EIGHTEEN (18) THE FOLLOWING: BEING TWENTY-FIVE (25) FEET OFF SOUTH SIDE OF LOT NO. EIGHTEEN (18) IN SAID REASONER'S SUBDIVISION WHICH WAS CONVEYED BY EMMET LOWE AND ISABEL LOWE TO LULA A. GALLOGLY BY DEED RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 292, PAGE 462, DEED RECORDS OF MUSKINGUM COUNTY, OHIO.
