NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE PORT SHELDON TOWNSHIP, OTTAWA COUNTY, MICHIGAN PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at its May 13, 2026 meeting, the Port Sheldon Township Board adopted a zoning map amendment ordinance, Ordinance No. Z 2026-02. Following is a summary of the Amendment Ordinance. This Notice and the summary are intended to meet the publication requirements contained in Michigan law. The Ordinance shall be effective eight days after its publication, unless the effective date is extended according to the requirements of the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act.
