Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of Columbus, and is described as follows: Being Unit Number 45D of Bethel Commons Condominium, as the same is numbered, designated, delineated and described in the declaration, bylaws, and drawings thereof, of record, respectively, in Official Records Volume 2445, Page F05 and in Condominium Plat Book 57, Page 86; as amended in the Eighteenth Amendment, of record in Official Records Volume 29951, Page F18 and Condominium Plat Book 66, Page 23 through 27, Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio.
Plaintiff is seeking a monetary judgment against the real property plus all interest, fees, costs, assessments, attorney fees, and any other equitable relief; and for the real property to be sold and to apply the proceeds to these claims.
