LEGAL NOTICE
At a meeting of Zanesville City Council on Monday, May 11, 2026 the following legislation was passed by Council and signed by the Mayor. Ordinance No. 2026-37- Introduced by Council-An Ordinance authorizing the proper city official to enter into a (5) five-year agreement for professional services for auditing the City of Zanesville for fiscal years ending December 31, 2025, 2026, 2027, 2028, and 2029. Ordinance No. 2026-53- Introduced by Council-An Ordinance authorizing the Director of Public Service to enter into a professional services agreement with Utility Management Solutions, Inc. (“UMS”) to provide project management, oversight, and integration support for the City’s Water Meter Replacement Project. Ordinance No. 2026-54- Introduced by Council-An Ordinance authorizing the Public Service Director to purchase a new 2026 Freightliner M2 106 Plus Conventional Chassis, 33,000 GVW dump truck, from Fyda Freightliner for use by the Water Division through the ODOT Cooperative Purchasing Program.
