Dickenson, Substitute Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated August 11, 2023, executed by DEM Real Estate Holdings, LLC, and recorded in Record Book 2750, Page 1855, in the Register's Office for Blout County, Tennessee, will sell for cash, at a foreclosure sale requested by United Community Bank, the property described below. The sale will be at the front door of the Blount County Courthouse, 345 Court Street Maryville, Tennessee, on the 8th day of June, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., prevailing time.
Property Description: A 2.45 acre parcel of real property at the northeast corner of the intersection of Robert C. Jackson Street and Percheron Street as more particularly described in the above-noted Deed of Trust and located in Blount County, Tennessee.
