PUBLIC REVIEW MEETING   NOTICE is hereby given that a public review meeting will be held by the Hagerstown Planning Commission at 7:00 p.m., in the Hub City Boardroom, 1st Floor, City Hall, 1 East Franklin Street, Hagerstown, MD, on Wednesday, May 27, 2026.   The purpose of the public review meeting is to consider proposed revisions to Chapter 140 of the City Code, known as the Land Management Code (containing articles governing zoning, subdivision and land development, forest conservation and floodplain management.) Said revisions consist of approximately twenty-four proposals on a variety of topics. Approximately half of the proposals involve proposed or revised regulations and the other half minor corrections and clarifications.
