STATE OF RHODE ISLAND TOWN OF NORTH PROVIDENCE PROVIDENCE, Sc. ABANDONMENT OF PORTION OF TYLER STREET  It being the judgment of the Town Council of the Town of North Providence that a parcel as hereinafter described as PORTION OF TYLER STREET has ceased to be useful to the public, it is hereby: ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED  That certain portion of Tyler Street located in the Town of North Providence beginning at a point on the easterly line of said Tyler Street, said point being the southwesterly corner of land now or formerly of Hilario Avelino, said point also being the northeasterly corner of herein described parcel;  Thence turning and running northwesterly 40.00 feet to a point on the westerly line of said Tyler Street;  Thence turning an interior angel of 90 degrees and running southwesterly along the westerly line of said Tyler Street 80.00 feet to a point;  Thence turning an interior angel of 90 degrees and running southeasterly 40.00 feet to a point in the easterly line of said Tyler Street;  Thence turning an interior angle of 90 degrees and running northeasterly along the easterly line of said Tyler Street 80.00 feet to the point and place of the beginning; Said last course forms an interior angel of 90 degress with first described course. Said parcel contains 3200.00 square feet.  This abandonment is hereby approved. Voted unanimously by the Town Council of the Town of North Providence at a public hearing on May 5, 2026.
