NOTICE OF PENDENCY OF ACTION Notice is hereby given that an action has been commenced and is now pending in the Court upon the Complaint of the above-named Plaintiffs, against the above-named Defendants, for the purpose of Clearing Tax Title of real estate hereinafter described, which, at the time of the commencement of this action, and at the time of filing of this Notice, was situated in Aiken County, South Carolina. Said real estate being described as follows, to-wit: All that certain piece, parcel or tract of land, with any improvements thereon, situate, lying and being more particularly described as follows: All that certain tract of land, containing a total of 5.0 acres, more or less, situate, lying and being in Deerfield I Residential Development, located in Aiken County, South Carolina, and shown as Lot 54 upon a plat prepared by CSRA Consulting Engineers, recorded June 15, 1977, and titles survey for William Moore, recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 158, in the Aiken County RMC Office. Reference is made to aforesaid plat for a more complete description as to metes, bounds and exact location of subject property. Tax Parcel No.: 257-00-14-008. ORDER OF PUBLICATION It appearing to my satisfaction from the Affidavit of Plaintiffs attorney that the Summons and Complaint in the above entitled action, which has been commenced and is now pending in this Court, could not be served on all the Defendant(s) named herein, and that Plaintiffs attorney has made a diligent search to locate said Defendant(s) for the purpose of effecting service of the Summons in this action. IT IS ORDERED that service of the Summons in this action be made on the Estate of Sandra Lee Wilson; Gregory M.
