REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY SERVICES  Using the Request for Proposal (RFP) method of procurement, Calallen Independent School District (the District) is soliciting Proposals from qualified vendors to deliver occupational therapy services to designated district students. Interested parties may obtain a copy of the RFP from Blair McDavid by email at bmcdavid@calallen.org. The deadline for receipt of proposals is Friday, 12:00 noon (CST), May 29, 2026. Proposals submitted without the proper forms or after the deadline, will not be considered. Mailed, hand delivered, or emailed responses are acceptable. Faxed copies will not be accepted. The total contract award will be for five (5) years for successful service delivery. The initial contract will be for one (1) year, with extensions be granted in (1) year increments.
