CITY OF TWO RIVERS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING    Re: PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE CITY OF TWO RIVERS ZONING ORDINANCE TO REGULATE SETBACKS FOR PROPERTIES WITHIN THE MAIN STREET AND WATERFRONT CORRIDOR OVERLAY DISTRICT   PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City Council of the City of Two Rivers will hold a public hearing at 6:00 PM, Monday, June 1, 2026, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, to hear all interested parties regarding a proposed ordinance amendment to Section 10-1-24, B-1 Business District, to allow for closer setbacks for commercial properties in the Main Street and Waterfront Corridor Overlay District.
