NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Plan Commission of the City of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, will conduct a Public Hearing at 5:30 p.m. on MONDAY May 18, 2026, in Meeting Room A of the City-County Government Center, 160 South Macy Street, to consider a special use permit for the property identified as 67 W. Division Street (FDL-15-17-10-43-533-00). The parcel is located west of the N Macy St. and W. Division St. intersection.
The special use permit request is for Signarama on behalf of the Cathedral Church of St. Paul to have one (1) electronic message center (EMC) ground sign in the R-3 Central Area Residential District. City Code §720-84(N)(5) requires an EMC in a residential district or on commercial property which faces or is used for residential property to receive a Special Use Permit from the Plan Commission.
The meeting agenda for the Plan Commission can be accessed on the Calendar tab on the home page of the City’s website; www.fdl.wi.gov. All persons having an interest in the area are invited to participate in the hearing and express their opinions. Written communications will also be considered.
