Cody Franklin moved to authorize pursuit and negotiation of an energy management services agreement with NextEra Energy, and to authorize President, Tim Heisdorffer, to execute such agreement on behalf of the organization, provided that the final legal documentation and contract terms are reviewed and determined to be satisfactory. Brandon Craighton seconded.President Tim Heisdorffer appointed a special committee tasked with: (i) developing a recommendation regarding the structure of the next wholesale power supply agreement, including whether to pursue a full requirements (load-following) contract or a specified block arrangement; and (ii) preparing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for issuance in connection with the next power supply contract.
