SUMMONS IN A CIVIL ACTION
To: The Unknown Heirs at Law of Gilbert Villarreal, deceased, and The Unknown Heirs at Law of Rachel Villarreal A lawsuit has been filed against you. Within 42 days after the issuance of this summons, you (and each of you) must appear before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, Corpus Christi Division, at the Courthouse being located at U.S. District Clerk's Office, 1133 N. Shoreline Blvd, Corpus Christi, TX 78401, by filing a written answer, or a motion under Rule 12 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, on or before the first Monday next after the expiration of forty-two days from the date of the issuance of this citation, the date for answer being Monday, June 15, 2026, to Plaintiff's First Amended Complaint filed in said court, on April 27, 2026 as Civil Action number 2:25-cv-00318 and styled PennyMac Loan Services, LLC v. the Unknown Heirs at Law of Gilbert Villarreal, deceased, and the Unknown Heirs at Law of Rachel Villarreal, deceased, Sara Ann Villarreal, and United States of America, on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development. The answer or motion must be served on the Plaintiff or Plaintiff's attorney, whose name and address are: Marinosci Law Group, P.C., Attn: David Webb, 16415 Addison Road, Suite 725, Addison, Texas 75001. If you fail to respond, judgment by default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint. A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows: This proceeding is seeking judicial foreclosure of the real property located at 3625 Bentwood Lane, Corpus Christi, TX 78415 and more particularly described as: LOT SEVEN (7), BLOCK FOUR (4), CARROLL HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION UNIT NO. 2, A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS, AS SHOWN BY THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN VOLUME 27, PAGE 25, MAP RECORDS OF NUECES COUNTY, TEXAS, TO WHICH REFERENCE IS HERE MADE FOR ALL PERTINENT PURPOSES.
The officer executing this writ shall promptly serve the same according to requirements of law, and the mandates hereof, and make due return as the law directs.
