Gunuskey, 101 Elizabeth Avenue, Honesdale, Pennsylvania relative to property located at 19-20-21 Kiddy Lane, Honesdale, (Texas Township) Pennsylvania. The property is further identified as Tax Parcel 27-0-0254-0119 and in Wayne County Record Book 6345 at Page 254. The applicants' intention is to seek a lot­ size variance and formally separate the subject parcel divided now by Kiddy Lane.
