ALL OWNERS AND INTEREST HOLDERS OF THE PROPERTY TAKE NOTICE that on May 26, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. a hearing in the above matter will be held in the Municipal Court of Athens-Clarke County, State of Georgia, 325 E. Washington Street, Room 160, Athens, Georgia. This action is brought pursuant to the authority of Section 3-13-1 and 7-1-126 et seq. of the Athens-Clarke County Code of Ordinances and O.C.G.A. § 41-2-7 et seq. This court has jurisdiction to hear this complaint pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 41-2-5. Following investigation, the Athens-Clarke County Public Officer has determined that the Property is unfit for human habitation or for commercial, industrial, or business use and is not in compliance with applicable codes and constitutes an endangerment to the public health or safety as a result of unsanitary or unsafe conditions, and that issuance of this Complaint is necessary.
