LEGAL NOTICE ATTENTION NOTICE OF UNCLAIMED PROPERTY The Spring Lake Police Department in Spring Lake, North Carolina, gives that certain items of unclaimed property have been in the possession of the Police Department over 180 days. These items were found, confiscated or seized during lawful investigations and include various types of property such as: sports & outdoor, tools & home improvements, firearms & electronics. Persons who may be entitled thereto are required by law to make such claim within thirty (30) days of this notice. Owners may file petitions for the return of property by writing or in person, with the Spring Lake Police Department, Attention: Evidence Section, 300 Ruth Street, Spring Lake, NC 28390. The request to return property must include a description of the property, approximate date of seizure or loss, and reasonable proof of ownership.
