The Board of Supervisors of Wrightstown Township will hold a public hearing at the Wrightstown Township Building, 2203 Second Street Pike, Wrightstown, PA 18940 on Monday, June 1, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. to consider, and if appropriate, adopt amendments to the Township’s Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance.
“An Ordinance of Wrightstown Township Amending Chapter 22, Subdivision and Land Development of the Code of the Township of Wrightstown.” The Ordinance: deletes and replaces the definitions of “Buffer Yard”, “Tree Protection Zone” and “Woodlands”; deletes and replaces Section 22-525 titled Landscape Conservation and Improvement Plans to set forth requirements for a Landscape Plan, for street tree types and spacing, buffers, parking area landscaping, stormwater management facilities, tree protection during construction, preservation and replacement of existing trees, recommended plantings, and landscaping maintenance; repeals inconsistent Ordinances; contains a severability clause; and an effective date.
A copy of the Ordinance summarized above is available for inspection or may be obtained for a charge not greater than the cost thereof on any business day at the Wrightstown Township Building, 2203 Second Street Pike, Wrightstown, Pennsylvania and at this newspaper.
