REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS CITY OF PALM SPRINGS   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Palms Springs is requesting statements of qualifications from qualified firms for RFQ 04-26 Official Police Towing and Storage Services.   SCOPE OF SERVICES: The scope of work will consist of towing services on a regular basis for Palm Springs Police Department for their emergency response and traffic control duties, including response to and the investigation of vehicular accidents.
