INVITATION FOR BIDS CITY OF PALM SPRINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Palm Springs is soliciting bids from qualified bidders for IFB 26-12 Council Chamber AV Upgrade. SCOPE OF WORK: The City of Palm Springs requires an upgrade to the existing Council Chamber Audio Visual (AV) system, to include AV system designed to support in-person, hybrid, and broadcast-based public meetings, providing a seamless and user-friendly experience for Council members, staff and the public. MANDATORY SITE WALK: A Mandatory Site Walk will be held on May 26, 2026, at 10:00 am PDT, at 3200 E Tahquitz Canyon Way, Palm Springs, CA 92262 (City Hall). All bidders are required to attend. DEADLINE: All bids must be electronically received through the PlanetBids e-bidding system via the link provided in the IFB or in hardcopy by the Procurement and Contracting Department until 2:00 p.m., PDT June 11, 2026, at which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud.
