PUBLIC NOTICE   Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Brown County Planning, Development & Transportation Committee at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, in Room 200 of the Northern Building, 305 E. Walnut Street, Green Bay, Wisconsin. The hearing concerns a request from Steven Syrjamaki to amend the Brown County Shoreland/Wetland Zoning Map by rezoning areas currently identified through wetland delineation and mapped as wetland out of wetland zoning. The area proposed to be removed from wetland zoning is part of an existing residential lot and has previously been filled to provide additional protection from the adjacent floodplain. It is located on the Crossing at Dollar Creek Fourth Addition, Lot 99 in PRT OF SE1/4 SW1/4 S29 T23N R21E, parcel D-2488, Town of Ledgeview, Brown County, Wisconsin.
