By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Vanderburgh County, Indiana, in Cause No.: 82D07-2511-MF-007286 wherein Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, not in its individual capacity but solely as trustee for IBIS Holdings A Trust was Plaintiff, and Hunters Rental Properties, LLC, et al. were Defendant(s), requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs.
