The Boylston Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing to consider the application submitted by Michael and Laurie Macione, 500 Main Street, Boylston, MA 01505 for an Amendment to the Hawk’s Perch Subdivision Plan approved on October 4, 2021, pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 41, Section 81W, relative to an approximately 160-foot subdivision roadway creating two parcels of land on property known as 500 Main Street, Boylston, Massachusetts. The amendment involves the elimination of a curb cut on Main Street and the creation of an access drive off the existing access drive at 500 Main Street.
A copy of the application and plans can be reviewed in the Planning Board office or the Town Clerk’s office during normal business hours.
