Said property also known as Block 2204 Lot 3 as shown on the current tax assessment map of the Borough of Westwood, New Jersey
A variance is being sought for the distance to property line as well as the distance from dwelling in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance of the Borough of Westwood and any other variance that may be required as determined by the board during the course of the aforementioned hearing/review.
