SUMMERFIELD TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Summerfield Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 3, 2026, at 7:30 p.m., at the Summerfield Township Hall, 15 E. Center Street, Petersburg, Michigan 49270. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request submitted by Carol D. Adams, owner of property located at 16355 Dixon Road, Petersburg, Michigan (Parcel No. 5814-035-003-01). The applicant is requesting a variance from the Summerfield Township Zoning Ordinance to permit approximately 30 feet of road frontage on Dixon Road, which is less than the minimum required frontage.
