An application requesting development approval has been filed by Sen, Pijush & Bulbul for 48 Buttonwood Drive,
Block No. 32.01, Lot No. 54
The applicant seeks the following (Variences requested)
1) Proposed 10'X38' addition exceeds max building lot coverage. 27% proposed and 20% maximum allowed. R-5 Zone
2) Proposed 10'X38' addition encroches combined side yard setback. 20' max and 16' proposed. R-5 Zone
The applicant may also seek any such other variences and waivers that may be required.
The Sayreville Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled a public hearing on the application to be held on 06/24/26
at 7:30 p.m in Borough Hall.
The application may be reviewed at the Board Secretary's office in the Sayreville Construction Office, 49 Dolan Street, Sayreville, NJ, during (10) days prior to the meeting.
