High St., Columbus, OH 43215 alleging that Linda L Grady, Robert Lee Shannon ll and Unknown Spouse of Robert Lee Shannon ll are the owners of the premises known as 1721 Bucher St Columbus, OH 43207, parcel number 010-018346-00; that said premises is a public nuisance; wherefore Plaintiff demands that the premises located at 1721 Bucher St Columbus, OH 43207 be declared a public nuisance, an injunction, that if the defendants and any successors in interest or title fail to abate the nuisance, then plaintiff may abate the nuisance, that the defendants be made jointly and severally liable for the costs to plaintiff for abating the nuisance, a receiver be appointed, costs, attorney fees, and such further equitable and other relief as the Court determines Plaintiff to be entitled. Defendants are further notified that a Status Conference has been scheduled for May 14th, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. in the Franklin County Municipal Court, Environmental Division, Courtroom 15A, 375 S.
