City of Loveland, Ohio Notice of Planning and Zoning Commission Public Hearing The City of Loveland Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at or about 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at Loveland City Hall, 120 W. Loveland Ave., Loveland, Ohio 45140. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments on proposed zoning text amendments to the City of Loveland Code of Ordinances, which include a rewrite of the existing Codified Ordinances of the City of Loveland, Ohio specifically Part Eleven, Planning and Zoning Code. Information about the proposed legislation is available for review at City Hall during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, or on the City’s homepage www.lovelandoh.gov.
