CITY OF MONTGOMERY, OHIO HAMILTON COUNTY LEGAL NOTICE Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Montgomery, Ohio through the Planet Bid website at https://vendors.planetbids.com/portal/82082/portal-home until 10:30 A.M. local time on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 for the MONTGOMERY ROAD AND MAIN STREET INTERSECTION AND PEDESTRIAN IMPROVEMENTS. The City of Montgomery will open and publicly read aloud the total bid amounts at Montgomery City Hall, 10101 Montgomery Road, Montgomery, Ohio 45242. Contract documents, bid sheets, plans and specifications can be obtained through the Planet Bids website or through the City of Montgomery website https://www.montgomeryohio.gov/rfq-rfps-bids-and-procurement/. Contract documents, bid sheets, plans and specifications will also be on file for viewing at Montgomery City Hall, 10101 Montgomery Rd, Montgomery, Ohio 45242 and in all major plan rooms. No bid sets will be sold as hard copies. Each bidder is required to furnish with their proposal a Bid Bond in accordance with Section 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. It is the intent and requirement of the city that this project be constructed and completed by Friday, November 13, 2026. When the total overall project exceeds $30,320 all bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Hamilton County, City of Montgomery, Ohio as ascertained and determined by the Department of Industrial Relations as provided in Section 4115.03 through 4115.19 of the Revised Code of the State of Ohio.
