By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Vanderburgh County, Indiana, in Cause No. 82C01-2512-MF-007504 wherein MidFirst Bank was Plaintiff, and , Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Roosevelt McNeil, and their unknown creditors; Unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative for the Estate of Roosevelt McNeil, Professional & Business Collections, LLC, as agent for collection for Deaconess Hospital, Inc., Woodland Park Apartments and Unknown Occupants were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public online sale to the highest bidder on the 25 day of June, 2026, at the hour of 10:00am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Vanderburgh County, Indiana.
Lot Thirty-two (32) in Section "A" in Willemette Village, an Addition to the City of Evansville, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book H, Page 202 in the Office of the Recorder of Vanderburgh County, Indiana.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
