WILL BE SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION on the premises, on June 11, 2026, at 2:00PM local time, by virtue of the power of sale contained in that certain Mortgage from Jose L. Duran Jimenez dated September 27, 2022, and recorded on September 28, 2022, in Book 13696 at Page 102, et seq., in the Land Evidence Records in the City of Providence, Rhode Island, as the conditions of said Mortgage having been broken.
The above Property will be sold subject to all taxes, assessments, and other encumbrances which may constitute a prior lien thereon and will be conveyed subject to any restrictions of record, and rights of redemption for unpaid federal, state taxes or local taxes, if any, as shall, notwithstanding this provision, constitute valid liens or encumbrances thereon after said sale.
Terms of sale, deposit of $10,000 in cash, certified funds or bank check at time and place of sale and such other terms as are announced at the sale.
By order of the Mortgagee, which hereby gives notice of its intention to bid at said sale or at any adjournment or postponement thereof.
