NOTICE OF LETTING   Sealed proposals will be received by the Infrastructure Committee of the Peoria County Board, at the Peoria County Highway Department, 6915 West Plank Road, Peoria, Illinois 61604 until 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read for the work specified below.   Proposal forms may be obtained at the office of the County Engineer, 6915 West Plank Road, Peoria, Illinois. A non-refundable charge of $15.00 will be made for the bidding documents for each project. Payment shall be made by check, bank draft, or money order, made payable to the Peoria County Highway Department.   No bidding proposals will be issued after 4:00 P.M., Monday, June 1, 2026. MOSSVILLE ROAD CULVERT REPAIR, SECTION 2025-4-CB: REPAIR OF S.N. 072-3109 WITH INSTALLATION OF A CONCRETE INVERT SURFACE IN A PAIR OF 9’ DIAMETER CORRUGATED METAL PIPE CULVERTS.   For bidding documents that must be mailed, an additional postage fee will be assessed and billed.   Each bidder shall be qualified in accordance with the requirements of Section 102, Bidding Requirements and Conditions of the Standard Specifications of the Illinois Department of Transportation, effective January 1, 2022.   Proposal guarantees will be required.   The Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive technicalities.
