NOTICE OF PENDENCY OF ACTION
Notice is hereby given to UNKNOWN OWNERS AND NONRECORD CLAIMANTS of the real estate described below, Defendants in the above-entitled case, pursuant to the provisions of Sections 2-206, 15-1218 and 15-1502 of the Code of Civil Procedure, that the above-entitled mortgage foreclosure suit is now pending in said court and the day on or after which a default may be entered against Defendants is June 26, 2026.
Plaintiff has certified the following regarding said foreclosure action filed on May 14, 2026.
1. The names of all Plaintiffs and Case Number are as follows: United Community Bank, an Illinois banking corporation; 2026FC36.

The South 4 Rods of the following described real estate: Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 19 and running thence North 4 Rods and 14 ½ Feet, thence East 9 rods, more or less, to the Land Deed by Clark R. Carr to the wife of Captain Frank Fuller, thence South 4 rods and 14 ½ Feet to Lot 20, thence West along the Line of Lots 19 and 20, 9 Rods, more or less, to the Place of Beginning, said Land being a part of the South ½ of Lot 19 in Carr’s Addition to the City of Galesburg, Knox County Illinois and known as Lot 47 of the Subdivision of 1898 situated in the County of Knox in the State of Illinois.
