LEGAL NOTICE – VILLAGE TAX COLLECTION   PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that I, the Treasurer of the Village of Avoca, have received the tax roll and warrant for the collection of taxes for fiscal year 2026-2027, on or before June 1, 2026. I will be present at the Village Offices at 3 Chase Street in Avoca, NY 14809, during the posted office hours, for the purpose of receiving such taxes. June 1 thru June 30, 2026: No Penalty PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that taxes remaining unpaid during the following periods will have interest at the rate as determined pursuant to $ 924-a of the RPTL for each month or fraction thereafter until paid.
