NOTICE OF RECEIPT OF TAX ROLL AND WARRANT, AND COLLECTION OF TAXES   PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the undersigned Treasurer of the Village of Chestnut Ridge, New York has received the Tax Roll and Warrant for the collection of taxes therein levied for the Village of Chestnut Ridge fiscal year June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027.   PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT the undersigned will receive tax payments at Village Hall, located at 277 Old Nyack Turnpike, in said Village, on each day during the period from June 1, 2026 through July 1, 2026, from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., excepting Saturdays, Sundays and holidays during which period taxes may be paid without an additional charge.   PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT on all such taxes remaining unpaid after July 1, 2026, five (5%) percent will be added for the first month and an additional one (1%) percent for each month or fraction thereafter until October 31, 2026 after which time all unpaid taxes will be transmitted to the County of Rockland and will be subject to an additional interest to be imposed by the County.   PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT payments can be made by check or money order.
