All bids will be downloaded and publicly read aloud during a virtual public bid opening that will be held at the day and time of the bid closing. All plan holders will receive information via Quest on how to join the virtual meeting prior to the bid opening. The Project includes the following Work: Pavement rehabilitation of approximately 3,516 feet of School Road from HWY 45 east to Railroad Crossing. Work will include pulverizing, grading, asphalt paving, shouldering, and any necessary restoration. Additive alternate includes the following Work: Pavement rehabilitation of approximately 1,778 feet of School Road from the Railroad Crossing east to Shaky Lake Road. Work will include pulverizing, grading, asphalt paving, shouldering, and any necessary restoration. The anticipated substantial completion date is August 31 st , 2026, and final completion date is September 14 th , 2026.
