Please Take Notice that Phoenix West Milwaukee Industrial Investors LLC has petitioned for a Planned Unit Development Overlay (PUD) for Parcel #436-1117-013 located at 4701 W. Greenfield Avenue. This parcel is proposed to be split by Certified Survey Map (CSM) into two (2) separate parcels. The PUD is being requested on lot number two (2) of the CSM. Lot 2 is zoned M-2.

The President of the Village Board hereby calls a Public Hearing on the recommendation of the Plan Commission, to consider the petition for the aforementioned PUD, to be held in the Village Community Centre located at 1345 S. 47th Street, West Milwaukee, Wisconsin at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, June 15, 2026 and should the Public Hearing be cancelled or adjourned, the hearing will be held one (1) week later at the same time and place.
