Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Borough Council at its meeting on Monday, June 9, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., at the Cornwall Borough Municipal Building, 44 Rexmont Road, Lebanon, Pennsylvania, shall consider, and, if requested in accordance with Borough Code Section 1731(c), after holding a hearing, if appropriate, shall enact an ordinance, the caption of which is as follows:
AN ORDINANCE TO RATIFY AND CONFIRM THE ACCEPTANCE OF A PORTION OF IRON VALLEY DRIVE AND OF COBALT ALLEY BY CONTINUED MAINTENANCE AND USE BY THE PUBLIC FOR A PERIOD IN EXCESS OF 25 YEARS, TO ACCEPT DEDICATION OF ADDITIONAL RIGHT-OF-WAY AND TO ESTABLISH TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR SUCH STREETS
The ordinance may be summarized as follows. Sections 1 – 3 accept existing segments of Iron Valley Drive and Cobalt Alley which have been maintained by the Borough for a period in excess of 25 years and dedication of additional right-of-way for Cobalt Alley. Sections 4 – 5 impose speed limits and stop regulations for such streets. Sections 6 – 8 reaffirm all other parts and provisions of the Code of Ordinances, provide for severability of any invalid provisions, and set forth the effective date. A copy may be examined without charge at the offices of this newspaper, at the Law Library of the Lebanon County Courthouse, 400 South 8th Street, Room 305, Lebanon, Pennsylvania, and at the Cornwall Borough Municipal Building, 44 Rexmont Road, Lebanon, Pennsylvania, Mondays through Thursdays from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. Fridays from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. A copy may be obtained for the cost of reproduction at the Cornwall Borough Municipal Building during the above hours.
