LEGAL NOTICE The Fairview Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing at the request of Morgan Felmlee and Nathaniel Gay, owner of the property parcel (21) 21-14.00-17.00, located at 6960 W Lake Rd Fairview, PA 16415. The applicant is requesting a special exception for the keeping of hens in the R-2 Suburban District. The hearing will be held Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. at the Fairview Township Municipal Building, 7471 McCray Road, Fairview, PA 16415. Anyone interested with an opinion either for or against this request may be heard.
