The requisite affidavit for publication having been filed, notice is hereby given you Unknown Heirs and/or Legatees of Margo J. Ayala, Deceased; Unknown Owners and Non-Record Claimants.
Defendants in the above entitled suit, that the said suit has commenced in the Circuit Court of McDonough County, by the said Plaintiff against you and other defendants, praying for the foreclosure of a certain Mortgage conveying the premises described as follows, to wit:
A PART OF LOTS NINE (9) AND THIRTEEN (13) AND ALL OF LOT ELEVEN (11), ALL IN BLOCK FOUR (4) IN BOOZ FIFTH RIVERDALE PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF MACOMB, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE NORTHEAST LINE OF KURLENE DRIVE, SAID POINT BEGIN MARKED "G" ON A SURVEY RECORDED IN SURVEYOR'S RECORD I AT PAGE 73, RUNNING THENCE NORTHEASTERLY ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-THREE A NINE-TENTHS (123.9) FEET TO THE POINT MARKED "H" ON SAID SURVEY, THENCE NORTHWESTERLY ALONG THE NORTHEAST LINE OF LOT NINE (9) AND ELEVEN (11) TO THE MOST NORTHERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT ELEVEN (11), THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY TO A POINT ON THE NORTHEAST LINE OF KURLENE DRIVE, WHICH SAID POINT IS ONE AND FIVE-TENTHS (1.5) FEET NORTHWESTERLY OF INTERSECTION OF SAID STREET LINE WITH THE LINE BETWEEN LOTS THIRTEEN (13) AND ELEVEN (11), THENCE ALONG SAID STREET LINE TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING, SITUATED HE THE COUNTY OF MCDONOUGH, IN THE STATE OF ILLINOIS.

and which said Mortgage was made by Margo J. Ayala Mortgagors, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for Royal United Mortgage LLC, its
successors and assigns as Mortgagee, and recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of McDonough County, Illinois, Document No. 2013-2536.
And for other relief; that summons was duly issued out of the said Court against you as provided by law, and that the suit is now pending.
Now therefore, unless you, the said above named defendants, e-file your answer to the Complaint in the said suit or otherwise make your appearance therein, on or before the 30th day
after the first publication of this notice which is JUNE 19, 2026. Default may be entered against you at any time after that day and a judgment entered in accordance with the prayer of said Complaint.
