MEDWAY ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Medway Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, June 03, 2026 at 7:30 P.M, in Sanford Hall at the Medway Town Hall, 155 Village Street, Medway, MA on an application from Elias Cordova with respect to property located at 2 Bullard Circle, Assessor Parcel No. 06-008 in the Agricultural Residential I Zoning District. The application is for the issuance of variances from Table 2, Dimensional and Density Regulations, for front and rear yard setbacks to allow the construction of an addition to the back of the house, and of a new garage in the front setback.
