TOWN OF SARATOGA WOOD COUNTY, WISCONSIN   BID NOTICE Bids for 1. Flex level and Chip sealing Bellview Drive from Shelia Lane to Hwy 13S .23 miles 2. Flex level and Chip sealing Shelia Lane (Ranger Road to Bellview Drive 0.25 miles 3. Flex level and Chip sealing Shady Pines (Ranger Road to Bellview Drive) 0.25 miles 4. Flex level and Chip sealing Pine Ridge Trail (64th St S to Termini) .49 miles   Chip Seal bids are being accepted with approximate milage above. All cracks on roads need to be cleaned and sealed with a rubber overband before chip sealing. Roads are 22 feet wide. Spray rate .38 gallons per square yard, using CR52-P emulsified asphalt and 3/8 chip. Completion of the project must be before September 4th, 2026. Sealed bids must be on the bid form and can be mailed to Town of Saratoga, ATTN: Paulette Weinfurter, 1120 State Highway 73 South, Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54494 or place in drop box near office door at the same address. Please note 2026 Chip Seal Road Bid on the exterior of the envelope. The bids will be opened at 11 a.m. on June 3rd, 2026, in the Saratoga Town Office. Bids will be awarded June 17th, at 6:00 p.m. at the Town Board meeting.
