NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING   City of St. Francis Common Council June 16, 2026 7:00 p.m.   PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be held before the Common Council of the City of St. Francis, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, on the 16th day of June, 2026 at 7:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, at the St. Francis Civic Center, 3400 E. Howard Ave, pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 66.1003 to consider comments from the public concerning the recommendations by Planning Commission concerning the discontinuation of a portion of the unimproved right of way of South Barland Avenue described as follows and generally depicted on the attached map.   A part of the Southeast quarter of Southeast quarter of Section 15, Town 6 North, Range 22 East, City of St. Francis, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin; described as follows: The west 16.5 feet of Barland Avenue (platted as Axtell Ave.) lying north of the northerly right of way of E.
