RESOLUTION [To Set a Public Hearing to Grant a Restaurant Retail Liquor License to PWW Prattville LLC d/b/a Hooters of Prattville.] WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 6, Section 6-3(a) of the City of Prattville Code of Ordinances, a public hearing shall be set to allow public comment for licenses, including Restaurant Retail Liquor licenses; and WHEREAS, PWW Prattville LLC d/b/a Hooters of Prattville, located at 2585 Bass Pro Boulevard, Prattville, AL 36066, has made application for said license. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Prattville hereby sets a Public Hearing for June 16, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Prattville City Hall for said license application.
