Motion by Ms. Deal to approve 35-1 Special Update - School Support Organizations (SSO) (Released November 2025), seconded by Mr. Verbos. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Ms. Lee to approve 35-1 Special Update Act 57 (Released February 2026), seconded by Mr. Keller. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Ms. Deal to approve the 2025-2026 Budget Amendments, seconded by Ms. Carr. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Verbos to approve the Resolution Approving Underground Easement at Pershing Elementary School, seconded by Mr. Keller. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Ms. Lee to approve the 2026-27 CESA 1 Agreement for Services, seconded by Ms. Deal. Motion carried unanimously. Motion at 7:42 p.m. by Mr. Keller to convene into executive session, seconded by Ms. Carr, in accordance with Wisconsin Statute 19.85 (1) (c) for the purpose of considering employment, promotion, or compensation of the Superintendent. Motion at 8:20 p.m. by Mr. Becker, seconded by Mr. Keller, to approve the Superintendent's Compensation as discussed in executive session. Motion carried unanimously.
