NOTICE OF HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT Salvatore and Anna Rotondo Living Trust has applied to the Planning Board of the Township of Middletown for premises located at 1 Tuller Court and 3 Tuller Court, also known as Block 1057, Lot 22.05 and Block 1057, Lot 22.04, respectively, on the tax map of the Township of Middletown, and located in the R-45 Zone, so as to obtain minor subdivision approval for a lot line adjustment of the common lot line between Lots 22.05 and 22.04, which adjustment will reduce the lot area of existing Lot 22.05 (proposed Lot 22.07) and increase the lot area of Lot 22.04 (proposed Lot 22.06). No new construction is proposed.
No variances have been identified as being necessary with respect to the subject application. However, the Applicant shall seek any and all variances and/or waivers to accommodate the application as filed, or as revised, as may be required by the Planning Board, and/or its professionals, in order to develop this property as stated above and will amend its application on the record accordingly.
A copy of the application has been filed in the office of the Planning Board and application documents will be available online via the Township website at https://www.middletownnj.org/Calendar.aspx and may be inspected by appointment only during regular business hours at Town Hall, 1 Kings Highway, Middletown, New Jersey. A public hearing will be held on Wednesday evening, the 3rd day of June, 2026 at 7:00 PM in the Main Meeting Room in Town Hall, 1 Kings Highway, Middletown, New Jersey, at which time you may appear either in person or by agent or attorney and present any objections which you may have to granting this application.
