Please take notice that beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, in the hearing room, Suite E, 500 Greymont Avenue, Jackson, Mississippi, the State Oil and Gas Board will hear the Petition of Emerge Operating, LLC requesting an extension of the inactive well classification under Statewide Rule 28 of the above listed wells.
A copy of said Petition is on file in the office of the State Oil and Gas Board, Suite E, 500 Greymont Avenue, Jackson, Mississippi, and may be there examined by any persons interested. At said hearing, all interested persons may appear and be heard.
If you intend to contest the docket or request a continuance you must notify the Board and the Petitioner's attorney of your intention in writing not later than 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 9, 2026. Failure to so notify the Board and the Petitioner's attorney shall be a waiver of your right to contest or request continuance.
You are advised the Board may adopt orders concerning a Petition, which may differ from the relief, requested by the Petitioner and Board will enter such order or orders as in its judgment may be appropriate in accordance with the evidence presented.
