The purpose of the election is to permit the qualified electors of the District to vote on authorizing the District to exceed its district additional assistance budget limit for a period of not to exceed seven (7) years in an amount not to exceed the lesser of $2,900,000 or 10% of the District’s revenue control limit per year.
