Scope of Work
The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide engineering services for multiple projects associated with electrical, instrumentation and control systems throughout the 91st Avenue Wastewater Treatment Plant. Services may include design support, construction inspections and commission testing. The project site is located at 91st Avenue and Baseline Road.
Pre-Submittal Meeting Information
A pre-submittal meeting will be held at 10:00 am on Monday, June 1, 2026, at 200 W Washington Street, City Hall, Floor 8, East Conference Room AND via Teams. At this meeting, City staff will discuss the scope of work, general project requirements, and respond to questions from the attendees. It is strongly recommended that interested consultants attend the pre-submittal meeting. Inquiries regarding the project scope outside of this pre submittal meeting must be submitted through the Procurement Portal.
Request For Qualifications Packet
On Thursday, May 21, 2026 the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) may be downloaded from the Procurement Portal at: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/phoenix
Consultants receiving a copy of the Request for Qualifications through any other means are strongly encouraged to download it from the City's Procurement Portal.
Firms must be registered in Procurement https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/phoenix as a vendor to submit a Statement of Qualifications.
General Information
The City of Phoenix will provide reasonable accommodations for alternate formats of the RFQ by calling Alissa Bahr at (602) 256-4107 or TTY 711. Requests will only be honored if made within the first week of the advertising period. Please allow a minimum of seven calendar days for production.
